What you need to supply: is a towel and a dry change of clothes if your lesson involves water time, a pair of Sunglasses, perhaps a hat for sun protection and some water.  If you are going in the water, bring a pair of board shorts and rash vest or a wetsuit if you have one (don't worry if you don't have one, a T-shirt will suffice).
